Celebration based real estate investment bank sold every one
of its offered 100 building lots and acreage located across
the United States during the four hour exciting event. Over

participated from their homes across the country on line via

Building lots ranging in size from

at only $1.00. The true
winners today were the lucky winning bidders who were first
time buyers of real estate to the savvy investors who were
purchasing multiple properties to strengthen their real estate
portfolio. Parcels sold today were located in Oklahoma, Utah,
Texas, North and South Carolina, Kansas, Georgia, and Florida. "It
seemed that the most activity was for the acreage parcels,
those parcels of five or more acres", stated Taylor Hall,
a land acquisition specialist for USALANDSALE.COM. "Those
bidders are all interested in either subdividing their purchases,
or, are interested in holding the land fur future investment.
Smart moves no doubt", continued Hall. Kevin Simpson,
event coordinator for USALANDSALE, said, "We had bidders
arriving three hours before the event started. The interest
in the land being offered was incredible. The bidders all seemed
sophisticated and everyone came with a purpose and knew what
they were going to buy. We love having educated buyers at our
auction, they know what they want and they know how much to
bid. Today everyone was a winner."...click here for full article |

ANOTHER
LARGE AND ENTHUSIATIC CROWD EXPECTED IN ATLANTA, GA ON MAY
13, 2006 |
| |
PRESS RELEASE - April 26, 2006
An enthusiastic and nervous standing
room only crowd of real estate investors filled the main
convention hall at the Marriott World Center, Orlando this
past Sunday for USALANDSALE’S latest building lot and
land auction. Over 100 properties from Florida, Texas, South
Carolina, Michigan, New Mexico and Oklahoma sold during the
four hour extravaganza held by Celebration, Florida based
USALANDSALE.COM. Parcels as small as a quarter of an acre
up to 70 acres was available, with many properties offered
at starting bids of only $50. In addition to those in attendance,
an additional 220 interested investors participated in the
auction over the internet on via eBay’s Live Auction
Network, with 22 of the winning bids coming from the online
activities.
“ We offered 150 attractive recreational, building lots and large acreage
parcels, and the diversity of our product helped bring both first time buyers
and savvy real estate professionals”, stated Kevin Simpson of USALANDSALE. “The
majority of our parcels were in Florida, and it was obvious that most in attendance
were interested in the Florida lots. But, we saw a lot of interest in all of
our properties. I guess with prices so unbelievably low, any property was of
interest to the bidders” said Annie Berkowitz, one of the event organizers.
It seemed everyone in the room was bidding, as almost every parcel offered for
sale had at least 25 bidders raising their bidding placards in hopes of gaining
the winning bid. And, there were many happy winning bidders who were glad to
spend a day out of the theme parks in hopes of taking home a fabulous real estate
deal. ...click here for full article |

Auction at the Marriott Greenpoint Hotel in Houston,
Texas. A cautious, savvy crowd watched, bid, and

New Mexico, Oklahoma, Colorado and Texas.
The bidders in attendance competed with over 130 registered on
line bidders who bid from home or work during the simulcast auction
via the internet on eBay “Live Auction.” The internet
allowed bidders to participate in the auction, and bid they did.
USALANDSALE.COM received bids from as far away as Japan, Hong Kong,
Canada and South America. One bidder, Chris Calderbank from Mount
Laurel, NJ successfully bid on a small Texas Ranch and two building
lots in Central Florida. “I had the opportunity to participate
in the USALANDSALE auction in Tampa in person, but could not make
it this past weekend to Houston. So, I registered on eBay last
week, did my research and bid from home. Luckily I got some pretty
good deals”, said Calderbank.
Lauren Saadi of Medford, NJ, also bid on line and although she
did not win any parcels, she said that she intended to participate
either over the internet or in person at the next USALANDSALE auction
in Florida or Georgia. “They had some really good properties
for sale, especially the land in the Southeastern United States.
I should have bid higher, but got cold feet. Now I realize I have
to be a little more aggressive at the next auction” says
Saadi. ...click here for full

Land rush
Auction companies grow revenue with live,
online sales events.
Orlando Business Journal - January 6, 2006by Jill KruegerStaff Writer
Selling land by auction is becoming one of the hottest trends in real
estate.
Consider: All types of land auction sales
represented $48 billion in gross revenue in 2004, up 13.5
percent from $42.3 billion the previous year, according to
the 6,000-member National Auctioneers Association in Overland,
Kan.
In 2004, commercial and industrial real
estate make up one of the fastest growing segments of live
and online auctions. Those types of auctions rose 11 percent
to $13.1 billion in 2004 from $11.8 billion in 2003. Residential
real estate auctions climbed 14 percent to $13.1 billion
from $11.5 billion the previous year.
Gross revenue from land and agricultural
real estate auctions rose nearly 15 percent to $21.8 billion
from $19 billion in 2003, the NAA says.
"The auction industry is increasing
overall as baby boomers see real advantages," says association
spokesman Steve Baska.
Growing niche
In fact, a number of metro Orlando companies now are increasing their
own land sales via live auctions, which are simulcast over the Internet.
Take Celebration-based USALandsale.com.
The company's sales grew 300 percent in 2005 over 2004 by
selling 3,000 properties at live auctions and through its
Web site, says founder David Waronker, who would not disclose
the dollar figure of those sales. ...click
