The population in the state of Florida increases by over 1400 residents
per day. Major inflow of new real estate owners in Florida is expected
to double by the year 2015. For many, the opportunity to invest in

The Florida properties are located throughout the state. Other building

bids starting as low as $1. All the building lots and land will be
sold free and clear of all known liens and/or title defects, and
it is anticipated that all 150 properties will be sold in approximately
four hours. Bidding is open to the public and to investors large
and small. Many first time real estate investors, as well as experienced
real estate professionals, are expected to attend this upcoming auction.
The April 23 event will mark the fourth real estate auction USALandSale
has conducted since August 2005. Previous auctions in Tampa, Osceola
County, and Miami provided over 600 lucky bidders the opportunity
to buy investment real estate in over 40 of the United States.
Registration for the upcoming auction can be completed online by

day of the auction, registration shall begin at 9:00 am, and the
auction will start promptly at 11:00 am. For those who cannot attend
the auction in person, on-line bidding is available through eBay.

We buy land in all 50 states, and listen to our customers and try
to find land where they want it. We have a buyer who only buys land
in North Dakota. She has bought 20 parcels of land from us over the
past two years.”
